On most remodels the designer draws it, hands the drawings to a builder she’s never met, and the two of them meet for the first time in your kitchen — disagreeing about your kitchen. You end up carrying messages between two people you’re paying.
Every trade here is in-house, so the drawing and the build are the same conversation. You’ll see the room in 3D before anyone picks up a tool. And when something needs solving on site, it gets solved between us, rather than in an email chain you’re copied on.

No walls move. Furniture, lighting, fabric, the art, and the arrangement of all of it. Sometimes that’s a house full of empty rooms after a move. Sometimes it’s one living room you’ve never liked and can’t say why.
Design & Build
